Do you have pain that affects your daily living or just want to relax and take care of your body? In that case, I may be able to help you. I offer high-quality rehabilitation and manual therapy in Helsinki. I work in Mehiläinen, which is located in the shopping centre Forum, 3th floor.
As a physiotherapist and naprapath, I specialize in the prevention, examination and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. When necessary, I use various manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain and support treatment.
For example, I can help you with the following disorders:
- Back pain and neck pain with/without radiating symptoms
- Headache and vertigo
- Rehabilitation before and after surgery
- Osteoarthritis
- Sport injuries
- Pain in limbs (e.g. plantar fascitis and tennis elbow)
Each visit is individually tailored to the patient´s needs. I aim for the patient´s active participation in rehabilitation and to provide instructions for self-care.

Price above is not including Mehiläinen´s service fee and Kanta fee, which is around 14 € total and added to the price above.
